I am very excited to be blessed with this opportunity and am looking forward to using my twenty plus years of cooking and food service experience to cultivate an unique dinning establishment for you. My goal is to create Hawaiian inspired cuisine — using fresh and natural ingredients to delight your palate. I cook with unlimited passion, and enjoy developing delectable dishes that is both full of flavor and as health conscious as possible by using low sodium soy sauce, natural herbs and spices, and when feasible — organic produce, meat without hormones, antibiotics, or artificial flavors and coloring.We offer Hawaiian lunch plates, such as: Teriyaki Beef, Slow Roasted Pulled Pork, or the savory Coconut Curry Chicken stew over rice. There are also yakisoba noodle stir-fry dishes or if you like Spam, we have that too… not to mention salad dishes made with garden greens or rice noodles served with dressing and sauces that will wake up your senses. Our made from scratch desserts such as coconut ice cream with assorted tropical fruit and citrus flavors or the Hawaiian Carrot Cake with melt in your mouth cream cheese frosting will delight your taste buds.
